“Patches the Wonder Horse”, as Bob affectionately calls her, is his
favorite horse to ride! Bob named her “Miss Annie” in honor and as a
tribute to his Grandmother, a tiny woman with lots of spunk, whom he
dearly loved.
Patches gaits like a dream, is trustworthy and as Bob describes her; has
the agility of a motor-cross bike! Patches is an excellent broodmare &
mother. She has every new foal clean as a whistle & on its feet nursing
within less than an hour of birth! A classic Tony W. mare, Patches
usually puts
loads of color on all her foals. Don’t let her size fool you…so far,
every foal she’s ever had has grown to exceed 15 hands tall!

As a former show horse in amateur classes, this talented mare always
brought home the blue ribbons, so everybody just started calling her
“Blue”. Blue has a very quiet temperament and she rides so smooth that
you don’t even move in the saddle!
Blue is a direct daughter of
(WC) Pride’s Stormy Night and out of a
former show mare & direct daughter of
(WGC) GLL’s Carbon Copy.
Her pedigree is full of foundation breeding and she has produced
outstanding foals. Her 2004 foal by Lined With Cash is showing very
well. We are anxious to meet Blue & Apache's 2008 foal.

Sire: Midnight's
Spotted Alen
(1/2 brother to Spotted Alen Again)
Dam: Miss Annie Patches

1999

Full Sister to Miss
Annie Saamis, Foals: Oreo's Raven Sun ('05) & Oreo
Sparkles Again ('07)

Oreo is a very sweet and affectionate horse. She is so easy to love!
Oreo has a very smooth running-walk & just drop the reins on her neck
and she transitions to an easy rocking chair canter without missing a
beat! You’ll want to look down to see if her feet ever touch the
ground!
We imprinted Oreo at birth and when her first foal (Raven 2005) came,
she had absolutely no issue with us imprinting him. She made it so easy
for us to imprint him that he quickly earned the status as the gentlest
baby we’ve bred, so far! We’ve always strongly believed in imprinting,
but the second generation of imprinted foals has proved to be just
amazing!

Talk
about Blue Blood! This young mare’s
sire is a direct son of
(WGC) TRIPLE THREAT and her dam is a direct
daughter of
(WGC) EBONY MASTERPIECE! How fortunate we feel to own this
exceptionally well-bred mare and she be so young, to boot! Midnight is
a very personable & loving mare that doesn’t have a mean bone in her
body. However, she was bred for stamina and boy-howdy is she
ever a Go-Horse! Midnight has a BIG head nod as she performs a perfect
running-walk gait! I am going to have a ball riding this fun mare for
the next year, while completing her training. Robin, our trainer
expects her running-walk cruising speed to easily exceed 25 mph, when
she is finished.
When Midnight reaches age five, we will breed her for
the first time. We never breed our mares before they are five years
old. Midnight has no “Pride of Midnight” in her pedigree and will cross
well with any bloodline. Of course, Ebony crosses well with anything,
anyway. We anticipate Midnight will produce awesome babies who’s
destiny will be a World Grand Championship!

Spotted Alen
(1/2 brother to Spotted

Dam: Miss Annie Patches
Foaled: May 23,
2001

White Tobiano & (Medicine Hat)
Hands: 15.3
Full Sister to Miss
Oreo Annie
Foals: Sweet
Saamis Again ('07) |
Saamis, is the Blackfoot Indian name meaning “Head Dress of the Medicine
Man”. Legend has it that if a warrior rode a horse with these unique
markings into battle, he could not be killed. You’ll notice her
medicine hat and the shield of armor she has on her chest.
Saamis has an awesome disposition! She is eager to please and has a
very nice gait. She can side-pass & pivot on her
hind quarters making the best quarter horse look twice! Saamis
is an incredibly settled horse, well beyond her years. At age 4 and
after only 45 days of training, I was so confident in her ability that I
hauled Saamis (without a buddy horse) to Kentucky – Land
Between the Lakes & hooked up with some serious riders on experienced
well-conditioned horses. Saamis was not to be outdone! I could feel
the competitive spirit within her as she kept pace with the other gaited
horses! She rode for 2 full days as if she were a 12 year old seasoned
gaited mountain horse! I had NO problems, at all! I am totally the
proud Mama of this versatile young mare! Saamis is hands down, the
ultimate trail horse!
